1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using findomcanada.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

The platform is open only to adults aged 20+. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to violate it are removed without notice.

3. The Service

Findom Canada is a connection platform: members create profiles, declare roles and limits, discover compatible members and communicate privately. The platform does not process tributes or payments between members, does not hold funds, does not manage bank accounts and does not guarantee any payment, match or outcome. Any exchange between members is a private decision made at their own discretion and risk.

4. Member Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Pressure, manipulate, threaten or coerce any member, financially or otherwise;
• Request banking passwords, card PINs or verification codes from anyone;
• Impersonate another person or use photos that are not yours;
• Ignore a member's stated limits or a withdrawal of consent;
• Use the platform for fraud, exploitation or any unlawful purpose;
• Harass members off-platform or move conversations elsewhere under pressure.

Violations may result in content removal, suspension or permanent account termination.

5. Consent and Limits

Every dynamic on the platform must be consensual. Consent must be informed, specific and revocable at any time by any participant. Financial limits stated by a member are binding rules of engagement, not negotiation openers. The platform treats violations of consent and limits as its most serious category of report.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant the platform a limited licence to display it to other members according to your privacy settings. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share what you post, and that it complies with these terms.

7. Reporting and Enforcement

Members may block and report accounts at any time. Reports are reviewed by a human team. We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve records where fraud or coercion is alleged. Reporting is never visible to the reported member.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". We do not verify every statement members make, and we are not party to any dynamic, tribute or meeting between members. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Findom Canada is not liable for losses arising from interactions between members. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial or medical advice.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice where safety requires it.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to These Terms

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
